Local Area and Attractions

Located on the grounds of one of the last waterwheel powered Woollen Mills in Wales, which still produces beautiful traditional designed tapestry bedspreads, blankets, throws, knee, travel and floor rugs, shawls, scarves, ties, hand knitted arran and much more all sold in the mills shop.

Set in the heart of the Teifi Valley, a good area for anglers, walkers and cyclists. Take a course in canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing and abseiling with the Paddlers Canoe Club or just explore the fabulous scenery.

To the north of Llandysul there are an abundance of beautiful sandy coves to explore, and a number of popular seaside resorts such as New Quay, where there are a water sports centres, so why not try your hand at sailing or windsurfing at Aberaeron, Tresaith, Aberporth, or Llangrannog.
